My career has been shaped by a foundation in customer focused communication, relationship management, and cross functional coordination. I began at America’s Test Kitchen, where I developed a deep understanding of audience needs and expectations through direct customer engagement. In this role, I supported product launches, helped plan communications to ensure successful rollouts, and managed a team of call center professionals. This experience strengthened my ability to translate customer insights into actionable communication strategies and reinforced the importance of clear, audience-centered messaging.

I later transitioned into the events industry with With Intelligence, an S&P Global company, where I currently serve as a Client Services Manager. In this role, I manage relationships with sponsors participating in large-scale finance and private markets events. I oversee the full lifecycle of sponsor deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with client goals. This includes coordinating internal teams, maintaining consistent external communication, and providing personalized updates to clients. Through this work, I have developed strong skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination. I work on our five annual women's events, with our marquee event being the Women's Private Equity Summit. This year we held the 19th annual iteration with over 1,400 attendees and over 100 sponsors that I managed. In recognition of my contributions to these events, I was honored to receive the US Outstanding Events Support award in 2025.

Together, these professional experiences, combined with my academic work in the Masters of Corporate and Organizational Communications program at Northeastern University, have prepared me to transition into the communications field. Through my graduate studies, I have developed hard skills in strategic messaging, communications analysis, and public relations. I have applied this knowledge through hands on case studies and company analyses, allowing me to translate theory into practical communications strategies. This ePortfolio showcases these projects and demonstrates my ability to apply both my professional experience and academic training to real world communications challenges.
